To advance to the championship game, Morrison won 5-2 over Michele Jaeggi (Bern, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2023 St. Galler Elite Challenge in St. Gallen, Switzerland; and won 4-3 over Beth Farmer (Stirling, SCO) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 St. Galler Elite Challenge in St. Gallen, Switzerland;
 
Morrison finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Morrison defeated Sara Messenzehl (Fuessen, GER) 8-7, then won 11-2 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR) and 7-3 against Switzerland's Isabell Einspieler in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the St. Galler Elite Challenge, Morrison take home 16.500 world rankings points along with the $3,660CDN prize. Morrison move up 4 spots after posting a net gain of 12.75 points improving upon their best 6 results so far this season, ranking 26th overall with 120.458 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
