Beth Farmer (Stirling, SCO) qualified for the 2023 St. Galler Elite Challenge playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 4-3 against Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO). of the 2023 St. Galler Elite Challenge in St. Gallen, Switzerland;

Farmer finished 1-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Farmer lost 8-2 to Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN), droppimg another game, 8-3 to Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) where Farmer responded with a 9-2 win over Kathrine Blackham (Basel, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Farmer earned 4.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the St. Galler Elite Challenge, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 75th place overall with 43.476 total points. Farmer ranks 111th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 15.000 points earned so far this season.
