Kenan Wipf (Calgary, AB) finished 2-5 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wipf lost 8-6 to Owen Purdy (Kingston, ON), droppimg another game, 7-4 to Jamie Stewart (Federicton, NB). Wipf lost 8-3 to Johnson Tao (Edmonton, AB) where Wipf responded with a 10-5 win over Aden Kavanaugh (Halifax, NS). Wipf won 8-3 against Adam McEachren (Halifax, NS). Wipf went on to lose 11-8 against Sam Mooibroek (Waterloo, ON). Wipf lost 6-4 to Jake Horgan (Sudbury, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Wipf earned 0.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 33 of the event schedule, Wipf did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Wipf ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
