Sturmay went on to lose 5-3 against Miyu Ueno (Karuizawa, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

Sturmay earned 12.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic. Sturmay move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of -7.828 points improving upon their best 3 results so far this season, ranking 37th overall with 88.735 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
