Wang went on to lose 8-3 against Honoka Sasaki (Kitami, JPN). Wang responded with a 7-6 win over Taylor Reese-Hansen (Victoria, BC). Wang won 5-4 against Youbeen Park (Seoul, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Wang earned 8.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic. For week 10 of the event schedule, Wang did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
