Elizabeth Cousins (Nashua, NH) lost 4-3 to Courtney Benson (Duluth, MN) in the Final of the St. Paul Cashspiel, held October 18 - 20, 2024 at the St. Paul Curling Club in St. Paul, . To advance to the championship game, Cousins won 8-3 over Allie Giroux (Chaska, MN) in the semifinals of the 2024 St. Paul Cashspiel in St. Paul; and won 7-4 over Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND) in the quarterfinals.

Cousins finished 4-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cousins defeated Gabrielle Coleman (Oakland, CA) 7-6, then went on to lose 7-0 against Benson. Cousins responded with a 9-7 win over Rachel Kawleski (Fargo, ND). Cousins won 5-4 against Delaney Strouse (Traverse City, MI), then won 4-3 against McMakin in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the St. Paul Cashspiel, Cousins take home 11.000 world rankings points along with the $4,149CDN prize. For week 12 of the event schedule, Cousins did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
