Mark Kean (Woodstock, ON) won 7-6 over Kyle Waddell (Hamilton, SCO) in the Final of the Stu Sells Toronto Tankard, held October 1 - 6, 2025 at the High Park Club in Toronto, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Kean won 5-1 over Jean-Michel Menard (Gatineau, QC) in the semifinals of the 2025 Stu Sells Toronto Tankard in Toronto, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-5 over Michael Fournier (Toronto, ON) in the quarterfinals.
 
Kean finished 2-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kean defeated Takumi Maeda (Kitami, JPN) 5-2, then won 7-5 against Pat Ferris (Grimsby, ON). Kean went on to lose 7-1 against Fournier in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Stu Sells Toronto Tankard Championship title, Kean earned 45.000 world rankings points along with the $10,000CDN first prize cheque. Kean move up 11 spots after posting a net gain of 41.1 points improving upon their best 2 results so far this season, ranking 29th overall with 121.200 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Kean ranks 16th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 49.575 points earned so far this season.
