Michele Jaeggi (Bern, SUI) finished 3-3 in the 32 team Curlers Corner Autumn Gold Curling Classic qualifying round, held October 5 - 8, 2012 at the Calgary Curling Club in , Canada. In their opening game, Jaeggi defeated Amber Holland (Regina, SK) 9-5, then won 7-4 against Andrea Crawford (Fredericton, NB). Jaeggi went on to lose 4-3 against Heather Nedohin (Edmonton, AB). Jaeggi responded with a 7-2 win over Amy Nixon (Calgary/Red Deer, AB). Jaeggi went on to lose 8-3 against Cathy Auld (Mississauga, ON). Jaeggi lost 6-5 to Jessie Kaufman (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 8 of the event schedule, Jaeggi did not improve upon their best events, dropping from 17th to 19th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 71.116 total points. Jaeggi ranks 33rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.805 points earned so far this season.
