Julie Hastings (Toronto, ON) won 8-5 over Ontario's Susan McKnight in the Final of the KW Fall Classic, held September 26 - 29, 2013 in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario. To advance to the championship game, Hastings won 5-4 over Ontario's Sherry Middaugh in the semifinals of the 2013 KW Fall Classic in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario; and won 7-5 over Switzerland's Michele Jaggi in the quarterfinals. of the 2013 KW Fall Classic in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario;
 
Hastings finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hastings defeated Jennifer Spencer (Guelph, ON) 7-3, then won 8-4 against Lindsay Miners (Sault Ste Marie, ). Hastings went on to lose 7-4 against Heather Graham (King, ON). Hastings responded with a 5-4 win over Cathy Auld (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the KW Fall Classic Championship title, Hastings earned 9.550 world rankings points along with the $3,450CDN first prize cheque, moving up 9 spots the World Ranking Standings into 36th place overall with 28.923 total points. Hastings ranks 6th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 21.940 points earned so far this season.
