To advance to the championship game, Kraichy won 6-5 over Richard Muntain (Pinawa, MB) in the semifinals of the 2013 Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy Classic in Dauphin, Manitoba, Canada; and won 6-5 over Jerry Chudley (Neepawa, MB) in the quarterfinals.
Kraichy finished 5-2 in the 32-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kraichy defeated Alexander Attinger (Dubendorf, SUI) 7-6, then went on to lose 5-3 against Terry Marteniuk (Yorkton, SK). Kraichy responded with a 5-4 win over Brent Gedak (Estevan, SK). Kraichy went on to lose 5-4 against Steen Sigurdson (Winnipeg, MB). Kraichy responded with a 7-4 win over Jared Kolomaya (Stonewall, MB). Kraichy won 7-2 against Sam Antila (Thompson, MB), then won 6-3 against Neal Watkins (Swan River, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy Classic, Kraichy take home 4.375 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN prize, moving up 65 spots the World Ranking Standings into 129th place overall with 7.644 total points. Kraichy ranks 82nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 6.475 points earned so far this season.
