Tomi Rantamaki (Helsinki, FIN) qualified for the 2013 Curling Masters Champery playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-1 against James Grattan (Oromocto, NB). of the 2013 Curling Masters Champery in Champery, Switzerland;

Rantamaki finished 3-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rantamaki defeated Roman Ruch (Uzwil, SUI) 4-3, then went on to lose 5-4 against Jaap van Dorp (Zoetermeer, NED). Rantamaki responded with a 5-2 win over Kyle Smith (Perth, SCO). Rantamaki went on to lose 9-7 against Peter de Cruz (Geneva, SUI). Rantamaki responded with a 7-3 win over Thomas Dufour (Chamonix, FRA) in their final qualifying round match.

Rantamaki earned 3.825 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Curling Masters Champery, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 84th place overall with 15.297 total points.
