Clark won 6-4 against Paul Pustovar (Duluth, MN), then won 7-6 against Alex Leichter (Rochester, NY) and 8-4 against Peter Stolt (St. Paul, MN). Clark won 8-6 against Tyler George (New York, NY). Clark went on to lose 6-3 against Heath McCormick (Duluth, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

Clark earned 20.000 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the USA National Championship. For week 30 of the event schedule, Clark did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
