To advance to the championship game, Danbrook won 8-4 over Mike Callaghan (Halifax, NS) in the semifinals of the 2015 Appleton Rum Cashspiel in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia; and won 6-2 over Robert Mayhew (Halifax, NS) in the quarterfinals.
 
Danbrook finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Danbrook defeated Matt Paul (Halifax, NS) 5-4, then won 9-2 against Adam Cocks (Chester, NS). Danbrook went on to lose 8-5 against Paul Dexter (Halifax, NS). Danbrook responded with a 9-5 win over Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Appleton Rum Cashspiel, Danbrook take home 11.963 world rankings points along with the $1,200CDN prize, moving up 45 spots the World Ranking Standings into 80th place overall with 24.063 total points. Danbrook ranks 45th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 11.963 points earned so far this season.
