In their opening game, Workin lost 6-4 to Brady Clark (Seattle, WA), droppimg another game, 8-3 to Hunter Clawson (Baltimore, MD) where Workin responded with a 9-3 win over Tim Funk (Madison, WI). Workin went on to lose 8-5 against John Lilla (St Paul, MN, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
