Silvana Tirinzoni (Zurich, SUI) lost 5-3 to Allison Flaxey (Caledon, ON) in the Final of the CCT City of Perth Ladies International, held March 31 - April 2, 2017 in Perth, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, Tirinzoni won 6-3 over Binia Feltscher (Flims, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2017 CCT City of Perth Ladies International in Perth, Scotland; and won 8-4 over Jamie Sinclair (Blaine, USA) in the quarterfinals.

Tirinzoni finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Sophie Jackson (Dumfries, SCO) 6-5, then won 9-1 against Mari Hansen (Hyvinkaa, FIN) and 6-3 against Julie Tippin (Woodstock, ON). Tirinzoni went on to lose 10-4 against Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE). Tirinzoni responded with a 5-4 win over Hazel Smith (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the CCT City of Perth Ladies International, Tirinzoni take home 37.150 world rankings points along with the $3,979CDN prize, remaining in 3rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 19.95 after improving upon their best so far this season. Tirinzoni ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 360.747 points earned so far this season.
