To advance to the championship game, Moiseeva won 7-6 over Corryn Brown (Kamloops, BC) in the semifinals of the 2017 Driving Force Abbotsford Cashspiel in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada; and won 7-5 over Karla Thompson (Kamloops, BC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2017 Driving Force Abbotsford Cashspiel in Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada;
Moiseeva finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Moiseeva defeated Kayte Gyles (New Westminster/Cloverdale, BC) 7-1, then won 5-2 against Holly Donaldson (Victoria/Vancouver, BC) and 7-2 against Patti Knezevic (Lake Country, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Driving Force Abbotsford Cashspiel Championship title, Moiseeva earned 26.010 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN first prize cheque.
