In their opening game, Payette defeated Serena Gray-Withers (Lorette, MB) 9-3, then won 11-5 against Brooke Friesen (Winkler, MB) and 8-6 against Rebecca Lamb (Stonewall, MB). Payette went on to lose 12-1 against Meghan Walter (Winnipeg, MB). Payette responded with a 10-6 win over Shaelynn Lukey (Swan River, MB). Payette won 8-5 against Presley Sagert (Swan River, MB). Payette went on to lose 6-5 against Talyia Tober (Moosehorn, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
