Taylor Reese-Hansen (Victoria, BC) finished 5-4 in the 11-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Reese-Hansen lost 7-3 to Emma Wallingford (Ottawa, ON), droppimg another game, 10-7 to Hailey Beaudry (Thunder Bay, NONT). Reese-Hansen lost 7-6 to Lauren Lenentine (Cornwall, PEI) where Reese-Hansen responded with a 9-2 win over Sadie Pinksen (Iqaluit, NU). Reese-Hansen won 12-5 against Tyanna Bain (inuvik, NT). Reese-Hansen went on to lose 6-5 against Mackenzie Glynn (St. John's, NL). Reese-Hansen responded with a 10-1 win over Kelsey Meger (Whitehorse, YK). Reese-Hansen won 6-3 against Sara England (Regina, SK), then won 7-4 against Shae Bevan (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Reese-Hansen earned 2.099 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 24 of the event schedule, Reese-Hansen did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Reese-Hansen ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
