James Grattan (Oromocto, NB) run at the 2018 WFG Jim Sullivan Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-4 loss to Kendal Thompson (HALIFAX, NS). of the 2018 WFG Jim Sullivan Curling Classic in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada; Grattan advanced through the quarterfinals with a 7-3 win over Rick Rowsell (St. John's, NL). of the 2018 WFG Jim Sullivan Curling Classic in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada;

In their opening game, Grattan lost 8-0 to Stuart Thompson (Dartmouth, NS), droppimg another game, 9-1 to Rowsell where Grattan responded with a 7-1 win over Ed Cyr (Fredericton, NB). Grattan won 5-3 against Chase Sinnett (Chaska, USA), then won 7-2 against Scott Jones (Moncton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
