Asuka Kanai (Karuizwaw, JPN) qualified for the 2018 Karuizawa International playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-5 against Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN). of the 2018 Karuizawa International in Karuizawa, Japan;
