To advance to the championship game, Bedard won 4-1 over Jeffrey Stewart (Montreal, QC) in the semifinals of the 2018 Finale du Circuit in Tracy, Quebec, Canada; and won 7-6 over Michael Fournier (Montreal, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2018 Finale du Circuit in Tracy, Quebec, Canada;
Bedard finished 2-2 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bedard lost 8-4 to Stewart, droppimg another game, 10-1 to Jean-Sebastien Roy (Saguenay, QC) where Bedard responded with a 7-4 win over Mathieu Drapeau (Drummondville, QC). Bedard won 9-1 against Stephane Michaud (Trois-Rivieres, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Finale du Circuit, Bedard take home 13.890 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN prize.
