Nina Roth (McFarland , USA) won 8-5 over Cassie Potter (St. Paul, MN) in the Final of the Beyer & Simonson US Open of Curling - Championships, held September 19 - 22, 2019 at the Four Seasons Curling Club in Blaine, United States. To advance to the championship game, Roth won 7-2 over Kim Rhyme (Minneapolis, MN) in the semifinals

Roth finished 4-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Roth defeated Potter 8-3, then won 6-1 against Susan Dudt (Malvern, PA) and 8-1 against Madison Bear (St.Paul, MN). Roth won 6-1 against Laurie St-Georges (Montreal, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Beyer & Simonson US Open of Curling - Championships Championship title, Roth earned 20.395 world rankings points along with the $3,990CDN first prize cheque, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 22nd place overall with 205.175 total points. Roth ranks 32nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 23.911 points earned so far this season.
