Anders Antonsson (Solleftea, SWE) qualified for the 2020 Swedish Championships playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-3 against Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE).

Antonsson finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Antonsson lost 9-0 to Edin, then responded with a 8-7 win over Niclas Perem (Gothenburg, SWE). Antonsson won 7-5 against Johan Engqvist (Harnosand, SWE). Antonsson went on to lose 9-6 against Gustav Koehn (Gavle, SWE). Antonsson responded with a 6-2 win over Gert Precenth (Mjolby, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

Antonsson earned 11.030 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Swedish Championships. For week 29 of the event schedule, Antonsson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Antonsson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
