In their opening game, Wilhelm lost 7-2 to Emma Suter (Lausanne, SUI), droppimg another game, 13-6 to Fabienne Rieder (Bern, SUI). Wilhelm lost 9-5 to Fabienne Mollet (Biel, SUI) where Wilhelm responded with a 8-3 win over Sarina Ryser (Grindelwald, SUI). Wilhelm won 8-6 against Nadine Bartschiger (Wallisellen, SUI). Wilhelm went on to lose 10-4 against Xenia Schwaller (Baden, SUI). Wilhelm lost 7-5 to Sarah Mueller (Biel, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Wilhelm earned 1.443 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week of the event schedule, Wilhelm did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Wilhelm ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
