To advance to the championship game, Miller/Helston won 12-3 over Kate Ector/Cole Ector (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2020 Alberta U21 Mixed Doubles Provincials in Leduc, Alberta, Canada; and won 10-7 over Subasthika Thangadurai/Ky Macaulay (Cochrane, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2020 Alberta U21 Mixed Doubles Provincials in Leduc, Alberta, Canada;
 
Miller/Helston finished 4-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Miller/Helston defeated Brennin Turner/Nicolas Oake (St. Albert, AB) 11-3, then won 7-1 against Macey McPherson/Sam Goodey (Lacombe, AB) and 8-3 against Dana Algot/Gryffen Algot (Sherwood Park, AB).
