Ivanchatenko finished 7-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ivanchatenko defeated Artem Bukarev (St. Petersburg, RUS) 7-4, then won 12-2 against Oleg Kapustianov (Moscow, RUS) and 5-3 against Egor Volkov (Sochi, RUS). Ivanchatenko won 8-6 against Sokolov. Ivanchatenko went on to lose 8-2 against Evgeny Tkhabisimov (St. Petersburg, RUS). Ivanchatenko responded with a 5-3 win over Roman Kutuzov (Moscow, RUS). Ivanchatenko went on to lose 6-1 against Aleksey Filippov (Dmitrov, RUS). Ivanchatenko responded with a 9-2 win over Kirill Palagney (Irkutsk, RUS). Ivanchatenko won 6-4 against Andrey Iliin (Moscow, RUS) in their final qualifying round match.
