Isabella Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE) won 9-1 over Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE) in the Final of the Swedish Curling Women's Championship, held March 16 - 20, 2022 in Harnosand, Sweden. To advance to the championship game, Wrana won 11-7 over Emma Moberg (Mjolby, SWE) in the semifinals of the 2022 Swedish Curling Women's Championship in Harnosand, Sweden;

Wrana finished 2-1 in the 4-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana lost 7-3 to Sundberg, then responded with a 10-1 win over Nilla Hallstroem (Harnosand, SWE). Wrana won 7-6 against Moberg in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swedish Curling Women's Championship Championship title, Wrana earned 12.184 world rankings points, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 18th place overall with 147.576 total points.
