In their opening game, Tabata defeated Azuki Akimoto (Sapporo, JPN) 7-1, then won 5-2 against Momono Shirahata (Kitami, JPN) and 7-5 against Miyu Tanaka (Obihiro, JPN). Tabata won 4-3 against Yuuna Takahashi (Nayoro, JPN), then won 7-6 against Mizuki Tmura (Japan). Tabata went on to lose 6-2 against Minami. Tabata lost 7-4 to Motohashi in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Hokkaido Curling Championships Championship title, Tabata earned 5.063 world rankings points. For week 25 of the event schedule, Tabata did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
