Marie Kaldvee/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) won 6-4 over Ieva Rudzite/Artis Zentelis (Riga, LAT) in the Final of the WCT Latvian Mixed Doubles Curling Cup 1, held November 26 - 28, 2021 in Riga, Latvia. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Kaldvee/Lill won 7-4 over Katrina Gaidule/Ansis Regza (Riga, LAT) to advance to the championship game. of the 2021 WCT Latvian Mixed Doubles Curling Cup 1 in Riga, Latvia;

Kaldvee/Lill finished 4-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kaldvee/Lill defeated Sanita Saulgrieze/Janis Redlihs (Riga, LAT) 12-2, then won 9-1 against Gunta Millere/Aivars Purmalis (Riga, LAT) and 11-6 against Iluta Linde/Janis Rudzitis (Riga, LAT). Kaldvee/Lill won 9-3 against Evita Regza/Aleksandrs Baranovskis (Riga, LAT) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the WCT Latvian Mixed Doubles Curling Cup 1 Championship title, Kaldvee/Lill earned 14.196 world rankings points along with the $400CDN first prize cheque. For week 18 of the event schedule, Kaldvee/Lill did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 778th place on the World Ranking Standings with 153.209 total points. Kaldvee/Lill ranks 10th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 66.388 points earned so far this season.
