Seina Nakajima (Nagano, JPN) finished 3-1 in the 3-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Nakajima defeated Tori Koana (Fujiyoshida, JPN) 9-3, then won 9-6 against Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN) and 9-6 against Koana. Nakajima went on to lose 7-5 against Yoshimura in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Japan World Championship Trials Championship title, Nakajima earned 14.963 world rankings points. For week 20 of the event schedule, Nakajima did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Nakajima ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
