Christine McMakin (Fargo, ND) qualified for the 2022 Curling Stadium Contender Series playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 10-6 against Delaney Strouse (Minneapolis , MN). of the 2022 Curling Stadium Contender Series in Blaine, Minnesota, United States;

McMakin finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McMakin defeated Kenna Ponzio (Chaska, MN) 6-1, then won 7-1 against Brea Grueneich (Sioux Falls, SD) and 7-4 against Bella Hagenbuch (Utica, IL). McMakin went on to lose 6-0 against Madison Bear (Chaska, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

McMakin earned 6.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Curling Stadium Contender Series. For week 15 of the event schedule, McMakin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. McMakin ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
