Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI) won 7-6 over Daniela Rupp/Kevin Wunderlin (Zug, SUI) in the Final To advance to the championship game, Perret/Rios won 9-2 over Zuzana Paulova/Tomas Paul (Prague, CZE) in the semifinals of the WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup in Baden, Switzerland; and won 10-2 over Daina Barone/Arnis Veidemanis (Riga, LAT) in the quarterfinals. of the WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup in Baden, Switzerland;

Perret/Rios finished 4-0 in the 15 team WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup qualifying round, held August 12 - 14 in , . In their opening game, Perret/Rios defeated Isabelle Zollinger/Stefan Fah (Baden, SUI) 14-2, then won 13-1 against Ann Nilsson/Bengt Nilsson (Gothenburg, SWE) and 6-5 against Paulova/Paul. Perret/Rios won 10-4 against Barone/Veidemanis in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup Championship title, Perret/Rios earned 41.250 world rankings points along with the $3,559CDN first prize cheque.
