Cindy Schmid/Martin Risi (Engelberg, SUI) qualified for the 2022 WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 10-4 against Natalie Wiksten/Kasper Wiksten (Taarnby, DEN). of the 2022 WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup in Baden, Switzerland;

Schmid/Risi finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Schmid/Risi lost 9-5 to Daniela Rupp/Kevin Wunderlin (Zug, SUI), then responded with a 9-6 win over Paulina Hajduk/Jan Horacek (Bratislava, SVK). Schmid/Risi won 6-5 against Marie Kaldvee/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST), then won 8-2 against Evita Regza/Ansis Regza (Riga, LAT) in their final qualifying round match.

Schmid/Risi earned 16.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the WCT Argovia Mixed Doubles Cup.
