Forrester finished 3-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Forrester lost 5-2 to Cale Dunbar (Riverview, MB), then responded with a 9-4 win over Andrew Kempthorne (Brandon, MB). Forrester won 9-3 against Chris Bridges (Rivers, MB) to advance to a B-Qualifier game where they lost 7-4 against Irwin to drop into a C-Qualifier game where they responded with a 5-2 win over Jay Kinnaird (Virden, MB) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

Forrester earned 1.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Brandon Berth Bonspiel. For week 23 of the event schedule, Forrester did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Forrester ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
