To advance to the championship game, Synackova won 11-5 over Lenka Hronova (Prague, CZE) in the semifinals of the 2023 Aberdeen Classic in Aberdeen, Scotland, Scotland;
 
Synackova finished 1-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Synackova defeated Lucy Blair (Stirling, SCO) 8-2, then went on to lose 9-6 against Robyn Munro (Stirling, GBR). Synackova lost 9-1 to Hronova. Synackova lost 5-4 to Henderson in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Aberdeen Classic, Synackova take home 5.500 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN prize, moving up 17 spots the World Ranking Standings into 113th place overall with 18.313 total points. Synackova ranks 95th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 18.313 points earned so far this season.
