Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) won 8-3 over Ikue Kitazawa (Nagano, JPN) in the Final of the ADVICS Cup, held August 24 - 27 at the Tokoro Curling Club in Kitami, Japan. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Fujisawa won 7-2 over Momoha Tabata (Sapporo, JPN) to advance to the championship game. of the ADVICS Cup in Kitami, Japan, Japan;

Fujisawa finished 2-0 in the 11-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Fujisawa defeated Yuina Miura (Nayoro, JPN) 5-4, then won 7-1 against Mayu Minami (Sapporo, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the ADVICS Cup Championship title, Fujisawa earned 22.500 world rankings points along with the $9,292CDN first prize cheque, moving up 1 spots the World Ranking Standings into 4th place overall with 349.750 total points. Fujisawa ranks 7th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 22.500 points earned so far this season.
