Axel Landelius (Mjoelby, SWE) qualified for the World Junior-B Curling Championships playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-4 against Johnson Tao (Edmonton, CAN). of the World Junior-B Curling Championships in Lohja, Finland;

Landelius finished 7-0 in the 22-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Landelius defeated Vitek Chabicovsky (Prague, CZE) 5-4, then won 5-4 against Daehyeon Kim (Uiseong, KOR) and 7-6 against Lorinc Tatar (Budapest, HUN). Landelius won 22-1 against Slovenia's Ernest Erjavec Bizjak, then won 25-0 against Dan Ghergie (Bucharest, ROU) and 10-4 against Aleix Raubert (Puigcerda, ESP). Landelius won 8-1 against Charlie Ryan (Melbourne, AUS) in their final qualifying round match.

Landelius earned 3.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the World Junior-B Curling Championships, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 93rd place overall with 34.946 total points. Landelius ranks 88th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 23.438 points earned so far this season.
