Canada's Rachel Homan won 7-5 over Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni in the Final of the BKT Tires World Women's Curling Championship, held March 16 - 24 in Sydney, Nova Scotia. To advance to the championship game, Canada's Rachel Homan won 9-7 over Korea's Eun ji Gim in the semifinals of the BKT Tires World Women's Curling Championship in Sydney, Nova Scotia;

Canada's Rachel Homan finished 11-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Canada's Rachel Homan defeated Sweden's Anna Hasselborg 7-6, then won 7-4 against Denmark's Madeleine Dupont and 10-6 against United States's Tabitha Peterson. Canada's Rachel Homan won 9-4 against Norway's Marianne Roervik, then won 8-7 against Italy's Stefania Constantini and 8-5 against Switzerland's Silvana Tirinzoni. Canada's Rachel Homan won 7-2 against Japan's Miyu Ueno, then won 9-5 against Turkiye's Dilsat Yildiz and 9-4 against Estonia's Liisa Turmann. Canada's Rachel Homan won 9-2 against New Zealand's Jessica Smith, then won 8-2 against Scotland's Rebecca Morrison. Canada's Rachel Homan went on to lose 6-5 against Korea's Eun ji Gim in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the BKT Tires World Women's Curling Championship Championship title, Canada's Rachel Homan earned 82.500 world rankings points, remaining in 1st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 75 after improving upon their best so far this season. Canada's Rachel Homan ranks 1st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 490.000 points earned so far this season.
