Robyn Munro (Stirling, SCO) run at the Scottish Curling Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-3 loss to Rebecca Morrison (Stirling , SCO). of the Scottish Curling Championships in Dumfries, Scotland;
Munro finished 6-4 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Munro lost 9-3 to Fay Henderson (Dumfries, SCO), droppimg another game, 12-8 to Morrison where Munro responded with a 10-2 win over Lucy Blair (Stirling, SCO). Munro won 12-1 against Jodi Leigh Bass (Dumfries, SCO), then won 4-3 against Lesley Young (Forfar, SCO). Munro went on to lose 8-7 against Henderson. Munro lost 7-2 to Morrison where Munro responded with a 8-7 win over Blair. Munro won 3-2 against Leigh Bass, then won 7-6 against Young in their final qualifying round match.
Munro earned 10.625 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Scottish Curling Championships. Munro move up 8 spots after posting a net gain of 10.25 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 51st overall with 54.750 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Munro ranks 51st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 54.750 points earned so far this season.
