Aaron Benning (Ottawa, ON) finished 4-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Benning defeated Wyatt Wright (Hamilton, ON) 6-5, then went on to lose 12-3 against Kibo Mulima (Guelph, ON). Benning lost 4-3 to Evan MacDougall (Hamilton, ON) where Benning responded with a 8-4 win over Ryan Hastings (Oshawa, ON). Benning won 10-6 against Tyler MacTavish (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Benning went on to lose 8-6 against Noah Garner (Ottawa, ON). Benning responded with a 7-6 win over Sonny DiFranco (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Benning earned 0.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 32 of the event schedule, Benning did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Benning ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
