In Own Words:
Curling has played a large part in my life. I’ve made many friends, and travelled to many places as a result of Curling. I can remember early on in life watching my parents curl, and waiting in earnest for the time that I would be old enough to throw rocks myself.[cr][lf][cr][lf]Curling is a part of the Canadian culture. While it was born in Scotland, and played in many other countries, I don’t think one truly knows what this game is all about until he’s played a bonspiel in Canada. Curling is more than a game, it’s about the people that play it. It is also about enjoyment, passion and commitment. [cr][lf][cr][lf]I don’t know what I would have done had Curling not been a part of my life. There certainly would have been a large void to fill. Curling has greatly enriched my life.
Curling Highlights:
Brier Champion 1992 and 1995 Alberta Champion
Junior Highlights:
1983 and 1984 Alberta Junior Champion
