Fenson lost 6-1 to Rich Ruohonen (Seattle, WA) where Fenson responded with a 5-4 win over South Dakota's Cameron Rittenour. Fenson won 5-1 against Kroy Nernberger (Blaine, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
