Casey finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Casey defeated South Dakota's Cameron Rittenour 5-2, then won 6-5 against Colton Flasch (Saskatoon, SK) and 7-0 against Kroy Nernberger (Blaine, MN). Casey went on to lose 9-2 against McCormick. Casey responded with a 6-3 win over John Shuster (Duluth, USA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the ASHAM U.S. Open of Curling, Casey take home 22.991 world rankings points along with the $4,413CDN prize. For week 21 of the event schedule, Casey did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Casey ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
