Gushulak finished 3-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gushulak defeated Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) 8-5, then won 10-1 against Janais DeJong (Sexsmith , AB). Gushulak went on to lose 6-5 against Sarah Wark (Chilliwack, BC). Gushulak responded with a 7-2 win over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN). Gushulak went on to lose 6-5 against Brette Richards (Kelowna, BC) in their final qualifying round match.

Gushulak earned 22.598 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, moving up 12 spots the World Ranking Standings into 43rd place overall with 81.714 total points. Gushulak ranks 16th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 37.252 points earned so far this season.
