Diane Gushulak (New Westminster, BC) run at the 2018 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic came to an end in the semifinals with a 9-1 loss to Alina Kovaleva (Saint-Petersburg, RUS). of the 2018 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada; Gushulak advanced through the quarterfinals with a 8-6 win over Kristen Streifel (Regina, SK). of the 2018 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Gushulak finished 3-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gushulak defeated Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) 8-5, then won 10-1 against Janais DeJong (Sexsmith , AB). Gushulak went on to lose 6-5 against Sarah Wark (Chilliwack, BC). Gushulak responded with a 7-2 win over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN). Gushulak went on to lose 6-5 against Brette Richards (Kelowna, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
