Jed Brundidge (St. Paul, MN) finished 2-7 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Brundidge lost 8-4 to Mark Fenner (Chaska, USA), droppimg another game, 9-3 to Rich Ruohonen (Chaska, USA). Brundidge lost 11-5 to Chase Sinnett (Medfield, MA) where Brundidge responded with a 10-6 win over Scott Dunnam (Dresher, PA). Brundidge went on to lose 7-6 against Samuel Strouse (Midland, MI). Brundidge lost 6-5 to John Shuster (Duluth, USA). Brundidge lost 11-7 to Todd Birr (Blaine, MN). Brundidge lost 9-6 to Brandon Corbett (Rochester, NY) where Brundidge responded with a 9-8 win over Steven Birklid (Seattle, WA) in their final qualifying round match.

Brundidge earned 3.946 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 27 of the event schedule, Brundidge did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Brundidge ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
