Eve Muirhead (Stirling, SCO) won 5-2 over Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the Final of the CAMERON'S Brewing Oakville Fall Classic, held August 30 - September 2, 2019 at the Oakville Curling Club in Oakville, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Muirhead won 7-5 over Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals of the 2019 CAMERON'S Brewing Oakville Fall Classic in Oakville, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-3 over Megan Balsdon (London, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 CAMERON'S Brewing Oakville Fall Classic in Oakville, Ontario, Canada;

Muirhead finished 3-1 in the 26-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Muirhead lost 6-3 to Un-Chi Gim (Gyeonggido, KOR), then responded with a 7-1 win over Irene Schori (Limmattal, SUI). Muirhead won 6-5 against Binia Feltscher (Langenthal, SUI), then won 8-7 against Laurie St-Georges (Montreal, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the CAMERON'S Brewing Oakville Fall Classic Championship title, Muirhead earned 54.199 world rankings points along with the $3,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 9th place overall with 285.435 total points. Muirhead ranks 5th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 54.199 points earned so far this season.
