Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) won 4-3 over Chelsea Carey (Calgary, AB) in the Final of the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic, held October 3 - 6, 2019 at the Vernon Curling Club in Vernon, Canada. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Rocque won 6-5 over Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) to advance to the championship game. of the 2019 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Rocque finished 4-0 in the 17-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rocque defeated Karla Thompson (Kamloops, BC) 9-1, then won 8-1 against Sarah Daniels (Delta, BC) and 5-2 against Alina Kovaleva (Saint-Petersburg , RUS). Rocque won 6-4 against Kim Slattery (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic Championship title, Rocque earned 39.620 world rankings points along with the $7,000CDN first prize cheque. Rocque move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of 24.58 points improving upon their best 3 results so far this season, ranking 13th overall with 241.383 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Rocque ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 106.024 points earned so far this season.
