Em Good/MacAllan Guy (Seattle, WA) finished 2-3 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Good/Guy lost 9-2 to Anastasia Moskaleva/Alexander Eremin (Moscow, RUS), then responded with a 9-4 win over Nicole Sigvaldason/Ian McMillan (Winnipeg, MB). Good/Guy went on to lose 7-3 against Manitoba's Meghan Walter/Brett Walter. Good/Guy lost 7-4 to Manitoba's Kadriana Sahaidak/Colton Lott where Good/Guy responded with a 8-7 win over Jill de Gooijer/Garret Springer (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Good/Guy earned 4.217 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 4.218 after improving upon their best so far this season. Good/Guy ranks 107th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 9.726 points earned so far this season.
