Alexandros Arampatzis (Athens, GRE) finished 1-6 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Arampatzis lost 11-6 to Matt Lukas (Vaduz, LIE), droppimg another game, 7-6 to Alberto Skendrovic (Dugo Selo, CRO). Arampatzis lost 11-5 to Eduard Nikolov (Kyiv, UKR) where Arampatzis responded with a 10-3 win over Giorgi Jeiranashvili (Tbilisi, GEO). Arampatzis went on to lose 11-1 against Konrad Stych (Lodz, POL). Arampatzis lost 6-5 to Josep Garcia (Andorra, AND). Arampatzis lost 8-4 to Gabor Bor Zelinka (Ljubljana, SLO) in their final qualifying round match.

Arampatzis earned 0.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 40 of the event schedule, Arampatzis did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Arampatzis ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
