Cherwinski lost 8-4 to Taylor Reese-Hansen (Victoria, BC) where Cherwinski responded with a 5-4 win over Gracelyn Richards (Edmonton, AB). Cherwinski won 9-3 against Bailey Kozma (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Cherwinski earned 10.625 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the SGI Canada Best of the West, moving up 39 spots the World Ranking Standings into 93rd place overall with 23.188 total points.
